AClearly since they're set in different conditions using different Stigs then it's not worth comparing them, but they do try to drive each car as quickly as they can at the time.
The interesting thing is that when Perry MacCarthy was replaced (if he ever was The Stig) by Ben Collins (allegedly;) or should we just call him "The White Stig", times in the same cars were over hakf a second quicker. It is also rumoured that "The White Stig" is far more consistant.

There is no 1 person who is consistently the stig.

Really? Where did you get that bit of information from? I am intregued as to how you can say that with such confidence. The reason I ask is that I am as certain as I can be that it is one person and that he has only been replaced on a couple of occasions since he took over from Perry McCarthy. One of the times was when they had the F1 car. If it isn't the same person, then the person concerned has a lot of explaining to do about his whereabouts on Top Gear filming days and why he has changed test days with his race team to fit around filming!

Now, I accept it could all be a big scam to throw us off the scent of what is really happening so any evidence you may have would be welcomed:)

I've got it on good authority from a very good chum who's had his company's car featured on the show, they weren't happy with the indeterminate stig identity thing and in the end they dressed their own driver up as the stig and ran him. Incidentally he ran and then fired PM some years ago...
