In three months at work I've drunk

Interesting mention of treadmills and knee problems - I've just spent 2 hrs down Stoke Mandeville hospital this morning and it turns out I have damaged my knee ligaments (I think through running on my treadmill) and have been told to take painkillers and keep off running for 3-6 weeks while it repairs itself. I was running 5miles per evening up until this morning and now it looks like I'll just have to resort to being a fat bastard again.

James.

James, after my knee surgery I was recommended to stop running and replace it with a Concept 2 rower. No impact but still good work out/strengthening for the knee.

Not that I've been using it recently :whistling:

Back on topic......my Nespresso machine has just packed up :wall

Anyway, back on topic. I dont drink coffee. Cant stand the stuff. I drink tea but only since I was pregnant with emma, and if I want an energy boost, I either drink red bull or lucozade (original, dont like any of the other flavours!)
