I am seriously thinking of going back to the ring next bank holiday weekend,
Trying to figure how I can justify it to the wife,
Maybe I should take her with me, that way she gets a trip, and I get the ring.
I mean there is a bar there after all.

Daz, you mean this weekend? I'm in Luxembourg for the weekend, working there Mon/Tues so I was thinking of doing in the odd few laps......in the wife's X3

A lap is a lap is a lap, it's centre of gravity is quite similar to a Targa

But an autobox and 4wd should make it quite interesting

My wife used to have the 3.0 litre petrol X3 sport, and last year we caned it between Paris and Cannes 600miles approx in a little under 8 hours fully loaded, travelling on some of the best roads I have ever driven on, mile after mile at 120mph,
the kids and the wife happy and the car very composed
should be fine around the ring.
