GT3 Lamborghini Gallardo track day experience package.

We are delighted to offer bespoke packages to give driving enthusiasts the opportunity to drive a full GT3 race car on track.

It isn't ethical to hire out a full blown race car and watch someone disappear up the pit lane, possibly having never even been on track before! So we tailor the experience to suit your desire, experience and talent. These cars are reasonably straight forward to drive safely on track with the right level of support...

To start with we can train you to use the controls and learn your way around the circuit in complete safety using our highly realistic Driver Training Simulator. If you can demonstrate a reasonable level of talent we can then progress to the circuit.

At the workshop we will show you around the real cars and get you comfy in the driving seat. At the track we will get the car bedded in and warmed up for you. Then we will take you out for demonstration laps to get you used to the feel. Next it is over to you to navigate the circuit and build up speed over the duration of the day. You will have an instructor to hand, full data logging, engineers and full mechanical support. Full hospitality can also be provided at all levels of service depending on your budget.

Our cars are meticulously prepared. Kept in pristine condition inside and out. They are not raced, with the emphasis on providing you with a sharp, responsive Supercar to enjoy your driving. They are however, serious pieces of kit that need to be respected and driven with care please? You are very welcome to enjoy the full performance of the car, but we do control their use, mostly from a safety angle, but also to preserve the reliability for our next enthusiast :tu

The car is a 2008 5.0 litre v10 Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 race car running 520 bhp, slicks, full aero, abs and switchable traction control. Gears are selected via paddles operating a super fast pneumatic shifter with a clutch only for pulling away. The sound of this sweet V10 sings on full chat and barks when auto blipping on the down change

If you are serious about getting out in a 'proper' race car and having everything taken care of for you, you won't be disappointed. We will always try to make the experience as cost effective for you and we can offer many variations to suit your needs.

That sound like an amazing experience.

Hypothetically speaking, if one shows decent skill and control, how many laps on the real circuit could be done in that one day?

Most people will be able to get the full use of the car with a level of instruction. We have based our 'daily hire rate' on a maximum of 90 minutes time on track, split into short stints. That's actually a reasonable amount of track time for one person, taking in breaks, data analysis, instruction, lunch etc. the business model has to allow for maintenance costs which in turn are based on running hours. So it isn't really practical to pay one 'day rate' and share the car amongst ten friends and hammer it for 7 hours solid. You need a good level of alertness and I would suggest it is a lot to take in one day.
We can also provide the cars for passenger laps and hospitality, perfect for networking etc :tu

Sounds like a lot of fun. 90mins does sounds short at first, but if that is actual running time, i can imagine that is quite good actually.

Good luck with this. Hope it is popular.

Thanks,
yes 90 mins, split into stints will fill a track day nicely. If you are still bright and keen and there is track time available, it can always be extended :tu

Unfortunately this is way out of my price range. However, I can see why it costs what it does and it sounds like a great experience - good luck with it :tu
