In a short session with Sean today I took 7 seconds off my OP lap time.

Ok so there was a lot of time to be gain when you are as slow as me but it was a very very impressive gain.

I'll post more when I am not so knackered but thanks again Sean. I was very impressed with your work and all the guys you helped today where very happy with the gains made.
