Porsche 993 v 996 v 997

I thought I would hedge my bets and get one of each, although the 996's days are numbered. The 993 has outlasted a Ferrari, an SL55 and a 996 Turbo S so you can probably guess my favourite

always been a fan of the 993TT - that photo to me confirms it still doesn't look out of place even if it was introduced 12 years ago! Lovely.

How have you taken to the 997TT?

I have only done 700 miles in the 997t, so far I'm very pleased. It's better all round than the 996, probably the biggest improvement is the build quality. It's not got the exitement of the 993, although the 993 does have 509 bhp to play with.

It would appear that there are so many of us in the MK area with new Porsches. Maybe we should have all spoke before ordering and got a group discount at OPC !

I had a 993 Turbo which I sold to a friend who still has it. Fantastic car and what fantastic residuals.

Nice collection, I feel as though I ought to go and clean my garage now though !
