How long before the penny dropped

:)

I saw that yesterday, and being somewhat bored last night, I worked out:

lucky buggers!

If you can get a van through that gap then you can certainly get a car through it so whats the point in the bollards?!?!?!

Only if you make the van smaller ;)

Look how many slabs it covers when parked;) and how many there are in between the posts

I didn't, I just copy + pasted the van!

the van seems to cover about 3 and a bit slabs when parked.

The camera angle makes the van look smaller as its in the background etc etc

I think someone needs to teach him some lessons in perspective

No Lessons in perspectives needed.

to me the van looks like its covering about 3.5 squares.

There's about 3.5 squares between the two bollards that I placed the van by, so I'd think it would 'just fit', as I said.

btw jez, the you drew the line in the wrong place... the visual difference due to aspect isn't as great as it appears.

I line up the middle thing, where there's single red line, the squares either side, there's s difference of 1 pixel...

5 squares over there's the difference that jez highlighted, but its only over 5 squares that the difference gets to be that big.

In my original 2 seconds thingy, there's a gap on the left size of the van, so I'd still think the van will fit, as it only covers 3.5 squares in width. It might loose some paint, but it'd fit.
