Cambridge Autogleam: Porsche 997 GT3 RS 4.0, Porsche Targa detailed

Well its been a while since posting my work and having done a few cars worthy of posting recently I thought it was time I pulled my finger out..

This 4.0 was done back in the cold snap and it was still wearing its winter wheels and tyres. Thanks to some very heavy water marks, despite being new it still needed a fair bit of polishing. All finished and protected with Blackfire Wet Diamond All Finish Paint Protection which is now available at Shinearama.

Also done recently was this Porsche Targa. The owner wanted the arches cleaning as much as possible so most of the 1st day was spent outside with the wheels off.

Polishing was done with Scholl S3 Gold on a Scholl wool pad in some areas that were particularly bad (like the bonnet) and then followed with Menzerna IP3.02 on a Meguiars polishing pad and finished with Menzerna 106FA on a 3m polishing pad

Paint protected with Menzerna Powerlock Sealant
Tyres and rubber with Carpro PERL

Lovely job!! Wish you were in Northumberland.

That Targa is a lovely old sausage! Birngs back memories as its exact twin was the very first 911 I drove - when I was 19!!! It felt like a rocket ship to me at the time (1987!)

If its a job for multiple cars and i can spend a few days up there so its worth the travel then I could be.
