advice needed

if you were selling a piece of equipment to a company and on more than one occasion they confirmed the bid to you and when it came to it didn't stand on is this right..

what would you do

Depending upon how much you wanted to sell it....

Provide proof of previous price...if that was not written then provide it in written form with dates / times..

Or

Start talking money again via a recordable medium, Email.etc..

Or

Tell them 'That's ths price' like it or lump it...

If you don't manage to get them to stand up to the price.

1. Never ever deal with that company again.

2. Name and shame them for their sharp business practice. Make sure everybody knows just how crap they are ?
